Wonder if possible to edit Artisan roast profiles after roast completed- such as altering the timing of an event(ie first crack or drop)? Thanks.

There are two easy ways to move events in Artisan. Right click on the curve where you want to move the event to, then select the event from the pop-up menu.



Or go to Roast>> Properties>> Events tab and edit the event times there.
