Artisan Release Candidate 2.8.3

Feel free to try out the release candidate which will become the next full release. If you have questions or comment, you can post them here or on the GitHub pages.

The underlying code has been substantially rewritten so trying to catch anything now. I will be testing it over the holiday weekend.

I've done fourteen roasts on 2.8.3, no glitches.

Bonsoir les amis je viens de télécharger Artisan scope roaster 2.8.4 alors que j'étais sur cette page https://github.com/lukeinator42/coffee-roaster ou il utilisait une version assez ancienne d'Artisan 1.0.0 et j'ai trouvé une grande différence entre les deux versions, y'a des trucs similaires mais beaucoup aussi de différences et je n'ai pas pu configurer mon artisan.
s'il vous qui peut m'aider à configurer cette version 2.8.4
