Does anyone know what setting is needed so have the top of the graph show the time and percentage in each phase of the roast? I like that data but I don't know how to set it. As you can see, I have data on the top but it is all messed up. And, this is one of my first roasts on my new Cormorant and I am learning the roaster and the Artisan software at the same time, so ignore the graph in general as I am having issues coordinating between my roaster and the selection of phases in Artisan.

Follow the setting to Phases in the QSG. Try these and see if they do what you want. Adjust the end temps to what you expect on your Comorant. Also in the next release which is very very soon, in the last phase you will see the degrees increase in temp instead.

Mike,

The CHARGE event is missing from your profile. You can add it by right clicking over the beginning of the BT curve and selecting CHARGE. This will fix all the statistics including the bar across the top of the graph.

You need to mark CHARGE at the start of each roast. This FAQ provides some additional information.

I did do that setup previously, but I still don't get the nice horizontal data on the top of the graph with time and percentage in each phase.

Thanks Mike, that did the trick. Looks like I spent too much time in the Drying phase (46.4%)? I am thinking my heat wasn't high enough during this phase, but on the other hand, if I have more heat my ROR would be steeper. Not sure if that is correct. I just need to keep working on my skills as I learn the roaster and Artisan. Thanks though for the tip. The right click on my BT curve to set Charge did the trick.
