I have a Kaldi Fortis with the Center 301 Thermometer. I am trying to find the cable that runs from the 301 to my laptop. Could someone post the link to the one they are using? Thanks!

You could get a k type thermocouple + MASTECH MS6514 or Phidget.

Issue with Artisan and Center 301 connecting with my computer

Maybe buy from Center but at that price you might consider switching to Phidgets which will allow you some additional flexibility

Thank you. It apppears that switching to Phidgets is the best option I have seen so far.

Wesley, they do seem to play better. If you don't need to change your probes, For $125 you could likely have your TC readings, plus air pressure and ambient readings.

AFAIK Mr. Li still sells what you need. The link is to a dated pricelist and contact sheet. Try the e-mail addy to confirm pricing/availability.

You want "d. USB cable (for connecting to a Center to your computer)" I can confirm this worked from a 301 to WIN10PRO x-64. The driver Mr. Li provided worked as well, but was dated. I searched and found updated driver and those worked as well.

EDIT: An AC adapter for the 301 was more difficult. I never could find one with the right sizes, voltage and polarity. I had to settle for one with the right connector sizes and voltage, but had a reversed polarity. I had a friend switch the wires and resolder the connection in the housing.

My 2 cents after all these posts here and other threads is that people buying the Kaldis and Hukys are better off getting Phidgets to use with the probes.
