Who can repair a super automatic Quick Mill in SF Bay Area?

Hi there,

I've had a few Quick Mill 5000 machines and they can be kinda finicky but one press espressos are super convenient in a home that will typically make 5-10 espressos each morning.

I brought this machine from Toronto to SF Bay Area where it lasted 7 months and now the tamper is stuck. I'm having a very hard time finding someone to service this machine in the Bay Area.

Can you recommend someone who could fix it?

Thank you

Kanen Coffee in the East Bay repairs machines, but I don't know if they work on super automatics. Even if they do, I suspect that it would cost a few hundred dollars and not really be cost effective.

Portland isn't exactly Bay Area, but they may know who's closer to you.
I know technicians and service centers all over Canada, but not California. Sorry.

SF Espresso sells and repairs Quick Mill semi-auto machines in San Francisco. You'll have to check with them to see if they would be willing to work on a super-auto.

I have no experience with the place, but a friend just sent me this article about Kanen last week:

The tech at Great Infusions is really good. It's in Santa Cruz, not far from the Bay Area, and you can go surfing after you drop off the machine. :D
