Where to buy part for Eureka Atom in Canada?

I need the Chute V2 for my Eureka Atom grinder and can't find it so far in Canada and most in the US do not ship parts here. Any idea?

I'd would try sending an email to IDC (try to include a part number). I've bought burrs from them that weren't on their website and they didn't have in stock, the parts still got to me quickly. Hopefully they'd be able to order the chute for you.

In Quebec try Creative Coffee or Zuccarini in Toronto, they sell Nuova Simonelli grinders which offer similar rebranded models.

Did already try Creative Coffee and they do not have it. I will try Zuccarini. IDC never ever replied to my multiples ways trying to contact them even if i did buy my grinder there. Next year i plan on opening my first Cafe, you can be sure i will not go with Eureka or any other brands that i can't get parts!
