Hey everyone,
I'm attempting to troubleshoot my 6 month old Oscar II as it's experiencing a high pitched noise when operating. The machine is functioning well otherwise with milk steaming and pulling shots.

That sounds like something oscillating, like the overpressure valve going back to the tank. I'm guessing it's more annoying that a problem, but it is darn annoying. I'd gently pinch the return hose to the tank and see if the noise changes.

What does that mean sorry, overpressure valve going back to the tank?

The output of the pump probably goes to something that has a tube going to the boilers and a tube returning to the water tank, it's the tube returning to the water tank.
