Hi, at my office we have a Jura X8 which seems to be grinding very coarse. No one knows where the tool to adjust the grind setting is. Where can I buy/print a replacement from? I bought the oval screw driver - it does not fit, not even close. The grind adjustment seems to be much bigger. In the manual this is referred to as a spanner. Thanks!
