I recently return home to Australia after 3 years overseas and got my Slayer out of storage. All fine except for a HTR ERR - STEAM SENSOR error. This was diagnosed as the pressure transducer (pic below), which I replaced and it's all working again. However, it's not a cheap part - A$670 - and apparently, because it is horizontal, moisture builds up in the transducer over time causing it to fail.

I have heard that you can modify or replace the piping to put it at an angle. Does anybody know anything about this?

Cheers

Paul

Mine has a slight angle. I believe that water quality is a factor in these failing.
