Hopefully, you are within a reasonable distance from these guys: https://www.bellabarista.co.uk/

They do repairs as far as I know.

Your flowrates are high but not alarmingly so.

change the pump....its pump problem,or maybe you have better water connection in Netherland...or try to setup pump on 10 bars...you have to setup pump pressure with screwdriver..can u post a picture of your water tank?you should hold that water tank under your coffee machine...

Thanks for your reply. What do you mean with hold the water tank under the machine?

Before I take my machine to Bella Barista (2 hour drive) I'd like to try a few more things myself.
I cleaned and took apart the water switch and this mechanism seems to work fine.
Next thing I want to try is to replace the solenoid after reading this post: https://coffeeforums.co.uk/showthread.p ... y-solenoid

I also found this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fluid-o-Tech- ... SwYGFUtqgW

Looks like the pump I currently have in my machine. If I buy this and replace this with the current pump head could it solve my problems?
Thanks!

See the bottom of page 23 in the owner's manual. This shows the correct position of the valve and switch.

The only solenoid in the machine is the steam boiler fill solenoid and that would have nothing to do with your problem.

That pump you linked to is not the correct one for your machine. Assuming the "204" has flowrates similar to other models with this designation, it has way too much flow (200 liters/hour vice the 50 liters/hour pump installed). I suggest you make the 2 hour trip.

I have a similar pump in a late model Elektra and had trouble with small deposits in the relief valve on the pump. You might try removing the parts in the red circled area and clean very well. This solved my problem of a small leak and excessive noise from the pump. If you do this, count the number of turns needed to remove the adjustment screw (part number 22); you will need to replace the screw with the same number of turns.

Thanks! Definitely trying this before I decide to make the trip.
Update: your diagram looks a bit different than mine I think. What part number is it here do you think?

Thanks for your quick reply Eric!
I'm going to contact Bella Barista to make an appointment.

I did not find an exploded view of your pump, but the internal pressure relief is at the arrow in this diagram (extracted from your manual).

This corresponds to the earlier diagram Eric posted.

Hope this helps.

Thanks everybody for your help.
It turned out to be the pump! I've replaced it with this one: http://www.chichesterpumps.co.uk/50-lph ... -pump.html and I've been using it for a bit more than a week now. Dead silent pump and rock stable brew pressure.
