Preinfusion is not on.

I got ahold of a pressure gauge and when the machine is cold it takes a good 13-15 seconds to get up to full pressure. This tells me either the pump is going out or there is something blocking the lines. Anyone have any suggestions?

I replaced the pump and took apart most of the hydraulic system cleaned it and put it back together it the steam is still coming out of the group head.

Does anyone have any suggestions of anything else I should check?
