There are stores you have to go in person because they serve the repair people, obviously at one point you have to know how much is worth it

Yeah I will attempt a different service center. Might be the one I went to was a bit too "mom and pop"

I personally think it's worth it to fix, the machine is 5 years old and is still in great condition besides that.

Thing is I actually use the milk frother, if and when I do fix the machine I'll just have to make sure this somehow doesn't happen again since it doesn't seem to be a common problem at all!
