I have a problem you may guys help solving the issue.

Here is my problem:

Water gets emptied into the drain box directly from the silicone tube in the middle as the boiler tried to fill.

My machine is new bought it March 2022 used it daily for 10 cups of coffee .. used bottle of water as La Marzocco advised.

Any reply will be very helpful.

Is that coming out of the vacuum breaker valve? Also if it just keeps trying to fill them sounds like water level sensor has problem.

Your machine is under warranty, I suggest you contact LM, their support is phenomenal.
