My brain box is not good either, screw holes failed, doesn't even fit together well with the new retrofit (bulging wires). Fortunately no water damage... yet. I need to find a way to seal it as well, once I get this other stuff sussed.

The plastic bottom of the brainbox is cheap to replace, about $40 from Marzocco (and includes the drain holes on the bottom now, I'd drilled out my own). My screw holes were cracked and the mounts also starting to give. Biggest pain will be swapping over all the parts.
