Hi. Our isomac rituale is not working right. The gauge doesn't register anything and the red/green lights are out on right side. It was happening sporadically and now is completely off. Any ideas on the problem?

Is it a pour over version?
It could be the water tank level switch that's faulty

Pour over? I put the water in the tank. Is that what you mean?
Thanks for responding

Not sure what year your machine is but here is a parts location drawing from Espressocare. You machine may be laid out similarly...

The water level switch should be #31... near lower right hand corner.

And here is a schematic, complements of HB member erics. If the water level switch is bad, you will not get power to the machine.

Underneath the water tank is a spring loaded plate, the switch is underneath it. You'll have to take off the back cover to be able to see it.
These fotos are from mu Isomac Amica(it uses a comparable casing) Image
The switch is on the left in front of the vibe pump

And this is how far you have to take it apart to comfortably work on it.
