Good morning! I'm hoping to get some suggestions from all the experts here. I have a QM67 that I've been using for 10-11 years with no issues. I've recently been experiencing an intermittent leak, and a couple of days ago we had a puddle (but just once). We've removed the cover to try to identify what's leaking, but we can't tell. A small drip/wet spot will appear on the base slightly behind the steam boiler, but it's not coming from the boiler. We are assuming it's coming from one of the fittings in that area, but so far haven't been able to identify the spot. The only other issue I've noticed in the last few weeks is a lack of pressure released (not sure of the term or part) under the group head after I pull a shot. Also, I have always used water softener in my tank. Thanks in advance for any tips or hints.
