After seeing thread of another kitchaid pro line espresso machine here I went to work on mine once I got my oring kits ... took the time to do a good cleaning of the twin boilers and sheesh... I don't think this machine had descaling EVER done on it... explained why I had spotty steam at times as this thing was loaded! ... wish I had an ultrasonic cleaner to get it really good but a good soak in descaling cleaner and elbow grease ... Wow ... boilers heat much better and quicker than previously not to mention remain warmer longer

The brass screen oh man .. much better flow and channeling from the bottomeless basket ..
