Identify where this part goes in rocket Giotto hx machine

Two little kidney shaped acrylic pieces. I took the sides of my case and the water tank holder out and these were in the bottom. Confused as to where they came from, any ideas?

Maybe tabs that broke off from an acrylic cup rail?
