My first post, so thanks to those who give it a read!!

Recently my partner and I bought a Iberital IB7 machine (2 group - for the purists out there)

We had an an engineer come out and give it a service. He said we would need a seal kit which was £10 and a pump which was £80.

Sadly we have not seen him since and we aren't sure what to order. (I do remember him taking out the 2 'shower head' parts where the coffee hot water comes out.

Any advice would be very welcome or any one local to Cheshire, UK would be a great help.
