Eureka Mignon timer limit

I own a eureka mignon silenzio. At the max setting with the timer, I got barely 15 g of coffee out. The duration is about 15 sec. Is that normal? The grind setting is spot on.

Got a return from IDC. The said it's normal, I need to adjust for 9g... and do it twice. What a design flaw...
