ECM Synchronika vacuum breaker O-ring size?

I have a small leak related to the vacuum pressure valve. I thought I would try just replacing the 0-ring as mine appears to have deteriorated. Does anyone have the size spec on the 0-ring? It would seem reasonable to look for one at a local hardware store.
