Hi to All ,
The PID and yellow light is not coming on when I turn ON the main switch. I called tech. support from Whole latte love and he recommended replacing main PCU board so I did. It didn't fix the problem. Any ideas ?

Have you checked the water level and magnetic float assembly in the water reservoir?

You can also try flipping the switch for Reservoir/ Direct Plumbed to direct plumb and turn 'OFF' the 'No Water Alarm' switch, if there is one. Should the machine then turn on normally and try to work, the problem is related to the tank, magnetic float and magnetic sensor system circuit.
