Hi
I turned off my machine for cleaning and to change the group gasket/screen, and when I turned it back on the pump does not start.
The green light is on, but the orange light flashes and there is a clicking sound about every one second. Pump doesn't turn on. Nothing seems to be wrong with reservoir and it is full.
Any thoughts on what the problem might be?
ECM mechinka v slim about 3 years old.
The only internal work I have done was replacement of vacuum relief valve last year.
I am relatively new to espresso machines.

If anyone else has this issue, mine turned out to be Gicar brain board failure and had to be replaced.
