ECM Giotto - no steam or hot water

My 15 year old trustworthy Giotto suddenly stopped producing steam and hot water this morning. The pressure gauge is normal as is the production of espresso. I am not sure if this is something I can deal with. Any suggestions?

Start with the resettable thermostat on the boiler
easy enough then go from IF up to checking where the voltage stops.
