Descaling a Breville BES900 Dual Boiler

I have bought a used BES 900 Dual Boiler.
When it came, there was a leak in the steam pump and I replaced the pump and the leak is gone.
However when I first purge the steam, blackish water came out and I purge it many times till it becomes clear steam. But the steam still smells funny.
I did removed the steam wand and did a cleaning, and also noticed some calcium buildup.
I thought of doing a descaling to see if it helps.
The BES900 does not have the boilers drain port and doesn't have Descaling in the program menu setup. Wondering if any seniors here knows how to do it manually?
