It's the shower screen. Today I played with 5 type of screens. With the ims 35 similar to what you got on the machine in almost all shots I had coffee flow on one side, even with WDT, nutation. Changed to different shower screen and problem is gone.

Change your screen shower, the puck looks almost dry on one side.
