I have a Vibiemme Domobar HX since 7 years. I never had problems with it.
Then, all of the sudden, it started to have issues with the pressure during brewing, as you can see here:
Do you have any idea about the problem?
Do I have to substitute the pump?

Pretty sure you need a new pump. One thing throwing me off is the loss of pressure in the brew side. Usually the pump goes quiet but the brew pressure doesn't drop like you're experiencing.

Not sure whether your product has a solenoid on it, but if it does, you might consider that as part of the problem. When my solenoid went bad, the pump would have trouble staying on/turning. It would turn in spurts. But, mostly it would start and then stop while making a humming sound (which could be muffled by the casing of the machine?).
