Hi guys ,
I've tracked the blockage to the heating element. It's this one on eBay (does anyone know where I can get one in the UK that is a little bit cheaper!?)

Did they ship it to you from New Zealand in the end? I'm looking to find a heater but cant find any in the UK.

I have the exact same problem (I suspect water should flow freely through the heater).

Any updates here. I have the same problem and I'd like to buy a replacement thermojet
