Hi! Everyone... Good day!

I join this forum to help my friend Breville Oracle Touch espresso machine to be fix.

I'm in brazil, working as a chef, my friend ask me if i cant or any help for him to fix his espresso machine.

I don't have any info about where he got it or from what country, he just said, it was a gift from someone to him.

We try so send it here in some espresso machine service center but sad to say they can't repair it or say something about what's wrong with the machine.

i try some tips in youtube or any help about it, in the internet but no luck.
