My issue: steam function activated--> three beeps and no steam
What I've done:
New steam valve was leaking into machine
New main boiler probes set were leaking into machine
New steam pump was leaking into machine.
New main pump coil shorted
Back story recently got this machine it was broken and not working.
What I've checked/done
- descaled and flushed boiler multiple times
- filled boiler with probe wire disconnected then reconnect.
-boiler heats up to 90'c checked by self check screen and temp gun compared.
- removed steam hose and blew through it ensuring clear.
- triac is outputting power on brown wire to boiler 120v I assume the boiler element is good as it heats up.
- main board is getting signal from micro switch on steam lever continuity on my multi-meter.
Is there something I don't know like the triac board is suppose to power something else or does the boiler need to get hotter.
I am thinking about replacing the main boiler thermostat and triac board nexted. Does anyone have information on what to check or how the system works.

You are sure the steam boiler is heating up? Is the 90 Deg. you mention, the displayed temperature or are you measuring water temp independently?
This symptom is usually caused by the steam boiler thermal fuse blowing during the descale procedure. The fuse is cheap, the replacement process is somewhat challenging.

90'c is temp gun on the NTC probe area and the self check screen temp display. I will take your advice and double check the thermal fuse.

so an update:
main boiler is removed and i preformed some checks:
thermostat: resistance across 0.3ohms
thermal fuse: resistance across 0.3ohms
boiler heating element probes: 15 to 16 ohms
can anyone confirmed the ohms across the boiler heating element? i thought it should be somewhere between 100-300 ohms.

Update
Solved it was the thermostat.
Installed a new thermostat and tested: steam comes out blasting.
Had to use a 4" hose clamp and cut a notch out to fit the thermostat. As the old band was destroyed by the previously leaks. Could not find and 6mm thickness band. All the band's I could find were 12mm wide.
Hope anyone that has this same issue finds this helpful.
I recommend you pull up the boiler and check thermostat, fuse, heating element.

I am having a similar issue. Where did you get a thermostat? Was it just a standard spec? (if so, what is the standard spec?) My thermostat has no resistance/continuity and any markings that were on it have been obscured by particulate when it shorted.
