Hey everyone,

Hoping someone can give me a few ideas on what to do!

I have a 6 year old Breville Dual Boiler machine.
The brew boiler is not heating - main temp is sticking around 65c - the steam boiler is heating just fine.


This morning I heard some hissing and was planning on opening the machine to replace o-rings.
I turned the machine on and realised the brew boiler is no longer heating. I opened the left front screw to see if it was full/would drain. Seemed like it was empty?

I removed the connection from the two sensor probes and turned the machine and it's like the boiler would fill again but water was just pouring out of the group head. Perhaps this was due to me removing the sensor connections?

If anyone has any ideas of what is going on / solutions that would be appreciated!
