I just bought and cleaned up a now closed restaurant's Brasilia Portofino one group 2010 machine---after replacing the group gasket & screen the machine seems to work well, but I wonder if these two issues are normal or not. If not what is wrong/to do?

1. The pressure gauge drops from 9 bar once you press the brew button & espresso brews--once done, it slowly climbs back to 9 bar


Is this normal? Especially the pressure drop? If not, what to adjust. Coffee seems good so far. I will try to attach my cellphone video to show this issue--I really appreciate the help!! Short video:
