Keeping the site lively and interesting requires strong leaders, but there's a fine line between a strong contributor and dominating the conversation. Over the years, moderators have noticed Sam's very knowledgeable posts and even temperament. He's always helpful, explains something simply, with depth of knowledge and experience, and most importantly, no ego. Please welcome him to the roster of "lead baristas" who keep this site going! :D

Thanks Dan for the warm welcome! Very honored to be part of the team HB.

And now I can already feel the pressure to contribute to the sites... Just kidding! Of course I do look forward to more continued discussions and to learn more on the forum! Cheers all to making exceptional coffee!
