Seems like there is code that causes the Quotes to pop up when a mouse hovers over an image.
@Zeece and I have seen this on Windows and Mac. You can see the code when viewing the Page Source. Didn't think this happened before. Is this intentional now?

One evening when I was adding a quotable quote, I thought how frequently these are overlooked, especially those that are from years past. So since I was already in that part of the code for the webp image enablement, I added it as subtle way of giving members' quotables a small "shoutout". They are randomly selected from the 800+ quotables. If most find it annoying, I'll disable it.

PS: The one for your image said "I could be worse, we could be into boats" (I believe that's TomC).
