New show/hide option for poster's profile - Page 2

I prefer a minimal web experience so this suits me. I browse with javascript turned off to most sites, at least when I can get away with it.

I couldn't flip the new option switch though without first filling out my equipment list. But it's a moot point as most of the time I'm browsing without being logged in. And in that mode it's been basically the same all along as what the new option provides.

But I think I'm an outlier.

Not testing really thoroughly, but seems to work. Profile options are now show all/show some/show on click. The "some" includes number of posts, mvp [optional], when joined, real name, and location.

So it works in Chrome, but not in Brave, the browser I use for HB and all my other fora.

Apparently Brave didn't approve of my usage of JavaScript. It should work now.

Since this option is handy and kind of hidden in the control panel, I've tweaked the default to "Show some" and added a link on the right to toggle it more readily between show all and show some. I didn't include "show on click" to avoid cluttering up the poster profile section with too many links; it's still available in the control panel here.

I did find one anomaly which I was going to report, but it looks like it's part of the new feature. If you click on the name to expand the profile, the button still says show all which seems to do nothing but change the message to show less and make it so the name goes to the users profile instead of collapsing the profile. Am I missing something? This just seems much less clear.
