There are pluses and minuses to size. Larger size can mean ease of repair without having to remove other components.

Question? Isnt 2550 watts above what a 120v 20a circuit can safely handle?
As with many other 110 volt machines, both boilers are not powered at the same time.

Most manufacturers do not want users to touch the OPV. The reason as I have come across is damage to the OPV. Yes, damage, including an ECM which has the external capability. In this case of the Bellona, the OPV screws are glued to indicate of the user changed the settings. The OPV only controls the maximum pressure, not the minimum.

Looks nice.

However, nylon tie wraps can have a short life in a hot environment.

AND tie wraps should be trimmed flush. It only takes an extra second and saves nasty scratches when servicing.

Sorry, I do not get email notifications on replies. Scratches from nylon tie wraps and on the inside of the machine where no one sees?

Yes, they can be trimmed flush, but many manufacturers do not even put tie wraps on barbed fittings. Please show me examples of what other manufacturers use and I can advise Bellezza.

We have just introduced a new dual boiler espresso machine for a low introductory price of $1,199 USD!
Are there really people who will buy a machine for $1,199 and not $1200?

I always find the xx.99 pricing patronising, as though the customer can't work out the infinitesimal marginal saving.

Yes.

Charm pricing works ... however, so does the reverse; i.e., pricing more expensive goods (and high-end restaurant menus) to end in round numbers, with more rounding as prices get higher.
