I'm delighted to announce the newest addition to our hand grinder repertoire: the Kinu M47. If you're not familiar with the grinder, it features a 47 mm conical steel burr set with a proprietary coating, housed within an entirely stainless steel body. It utilizes what I'd call a micro-stepped adjustment screw with 50 detents per rotation of the dial, so you have enough precision to dial in for espresso but plenty of range for your brewed coffee needs. Capacity is about 30-45 grams depending on the coffee you're using, and grinding is nice and smooth thanks to Kinu's bearing mounts.

For espresso settings, I was running around 2.5-3.5 (that would be "full rotation.setting number"), and ground a 20 gram dose in 40-45 seconds.
