All I can say is WOW! I happened upon this thread and I am very glad that I did. I just had to kvell publicly. The craftsmanship is so very beautiful and is a reminder of how using a quality piece of equipment every day is such a joy. I don't have an espresso machine, but this makes me want to so that I could utilize these wood gems and appreciate the feel of them daily. I am already on page 13 and I am savoring every picture that I come across. Thank you for your art and making your craft available to the masses. I wish that I could incorporate this into a V60 :) so that I could use one.

Cocobolo wood for a Rocket Espresso machine and a Reg Barber tamper. The owner had some pre-existing dark woodwork so I managed to find some darker Cocobolo to go with it.

Macassar Ebony portafilter stand in gloss to fit a LaMarzocco Linea Micra portafilter. Having fits getting a decent photo, all I get is the reflection of what it is sitting on.

A selection of various colored pieces of velvet will make problems like this become a thing of the past.
