In all seriousness, that's a beautiful tribute Dave.

Walnut for a Niche Zero grinder and a hockey puck holder. Literally, a hockey puck goes into the hole and you put your portafilter on it for tamping.

Another Walnut set for a Niche Zero but the owner wanted the wood in the raw to apply his own finish.

Here are the walnut parts installed on my Niche Zero, along with the hockey pucker holder. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and Dave is a pleasure to deal with.

By the way, the puck holder was my idea, as (very much) refined and built by Dave, but using a hockey puck to tap and level grinds isn't. I've been using one since I saw the old OE Slap Shot here years ago. No tamping via "Slap Shot"

Stair stepped Bean Cellar holder and a tamping station/tamper holder in walnut. It is cold and snowing out, so a mediocre indoor photo is as good as it gets today.
