It's a La San Marco grupo, but I don't know of them making modular machines.

I haven't been there, but it looks like the 'Bowser' lever system, used in a cafe here in Newcastle, Australia;

That looks exactly like it Mike. I'm impressed, maybe even amazed. Kind of puts me in mind of an old game show called "Name that Tune", except in this case it would be "Name that Cafe".
