I have compiled a list of specs from some vintage machines.
I am unsure if they are the same specs as were fitted as original equipment...but I know that they all work well.*

*I haven't used the Club yet. It is still in pieces awaiting metal polishing.

Nice! This table should be a sticky, and a living document that can be edited as more lever machine/spring specs are compiled. Might be useful to add Sources and Notes columns?

+1 We have three specifications on the Club spring already. The OP has one, I found a second spec from the factory, and we have the other documented in the Club New Spring thread. My Club is a 78 model.

I know from Migg there are at least four different faceplates for the Club, I bought a NOS faceplate and we had a great deal of measurements to figure out which one I needed. It's possible the same applies to springs, so the chart may need a serial number/year to reflect discoveries.

I am really interested in the specs for a pre-97 spring for a MCAL. I'm a long ways from needing a spring for it, but won't this be a lovely resource when the time comes!

I have a 1991 MCAL and replaced the original spring with a modern one without issue. I still have the old spring but I am not certain it is still in its original form as it was very weak by the time I got the new spring.

I found your post on the swap. It's great to know the new style spring will work. I wonder what the difference is and why Elektra claims it doesn't work?
