Spritzing using Kruve

I pretty much solved my spritzing problems...until I started to use the Kruve sifter and layering my grounds.
I sift currently with 600 and 800 screens and layer fine, coarse, then medium, distributing and tamping after adding each layer.
The spritzing is terrible. But the espresso is better.
I've been adjusting the grind on the HG1 to try to get my pull at about .8 bar with a 7-9 bar pull.
So far, I haven't been able to solve this.
Any ideas?
