Good day,

I had been looking into lever espresso machines, but all I can find is really a very few options for those non-spring levers.

So far I only know of La Pavoni, Argos and Strietman, and the Flair. Is there any other options when it comes to non-spring levers?

My Zacconi Baby is a direct lever without a spring, similar to the La Pavoni Pro. I just got a Arrarex Vam 1.0 (aka Caravel) that is also a direct lever.

I have found Aloe's article helpful: https://towardsdatascience.com/taxonomy ... 2d111688f1

Francesco's website is a treasure trove of information about levers: http://www.francescoceccarelli.eu/index_eng.htm

Had a Strietman for a while, they are great machines. Learned a lot with them!
