I recently realized I may have been doing it wrong for a while... Is it necessary to bleed the false pressure on a Cremina after warm up?

If your model has the vacuum breaker in the cap, no. That allows the air in the boiler to escape so the boiler is entirely filled with saturated steam.

For reference: Can someone please explain false pressure?
