Olimpica 3-group lever, Spain

On recent trip to Spain, the owner asked if I could help find some parts - anyone ever seen one of these?

NOBODY HAS EVER SEEN ONE OF THESE? I CANNOT FIND ONE SINGLE REFERENCE ON GOOGLE!

Olimpica is an old Spanish brand created by José Girbau Rubinat in the 40s up to (at least) the 80s.

[Record of the brand in 1942]

They use to build their own group, not sure it is possible to find parts anymore.
The last chance is that they shared the group with another brand for the levers (but it may not be much easier because it will certainly be another Spanish brand that is not making levers anymore).

I thought Gaggia commercial levers have been and are made in Spain.

A rather bad photo of the groups - I noticed that the entire group bell assembly moved up and down some distance then the shot was pulled.
