Has anyone with a Nurri leva from the first few batches (a year old or older) managed to get the firmware updated for their PID/controller?

I got that upgrade more than half a year ago if I recall rightly.

How did you get it?

From the manufacturer through the local distributor who sent a technician to upload the firmware upgrade via their laptop.

Thanks...great to know that it can be done.

Has any Aussie owner had this update carried out? If so...can you please tell me who can do it?

Have you called up your dealer to ask them to arrange it for your machine? Or you could contact Antonio directly through nurri email address to find out how to arrange this upgrade for your nurri leva.

Yes...tried both.

It was suggested by Antonio that it would be easier if I bought an updated module.

Do u mean that Antonio suggested that u buy a new nurri leva rather than a used one that had not been updated? I realised that your profile doesn't show that you actually own a nurri yet.

Jake, my update was free and my understanding at the time was it was indeed free to existing owners.
