As these meetings tend to go the first day probably is my best bet but has the drawback of the drive from JFK over to lower NJ/PA, or early on the second day as my days tend to be packed tightly...

would be great to bring some serious drip for all to the first day of meetings but with a 45 min commute in between that will be a challenge...

Will start checking out hotel locations that make sense, might well be that your place in New Hope is right in the middle between Manhattan which is the final destination on the 10th (departing from JFK) and my other destination, now THAT would be a first, a well caffeinated stay in the US with a nice cappa in the cup holder in the rental
