Too bad! Is the element broken? Does it need different voltage?

Every time I see someone rebuild a boiler, I second guess myself for not going with the foam rubber type insulation for my rebuild. But I already have ceramic wool on hand, and just enough left to finish my project. I love the no-itch factor, however, of your type.

I'm still surprised by the size of the boiler on this one.
