A touch of tiger striping perhaps?

Does the 95.8 correspond to a cooler temp at basket do you think? I'm not familiar with the machine or whether you flush/ preheat.

I want to drink it.
La Peppina has La Marzocco like intra shot temp stability.
Check this video here:
The Peppina from the video is PIDed (mine isn't) but still, is this a lever group or saturated?!

I'm waiting on a new portafilter probe to measure more precisely the correlation between my probe thermometer and the extraction temperature.

I sometimes flush, sometimes don't. The machine was on for a while so everything was toasty when I pulled the shot. And yes, it was delicious! :D

Thanks Chris!

I kind a butchered it a bit but it works :)
I apply dow111 to the exposed material regularly for the drip or two that touches the raw Zamac (or aluminum).

I was introduced to levers when researching my first machine. Ended up buying a BDB, but after a year of enjoying all the bleeding edge profiling ability I realized I was pulling... well lever profile-esque shots most of the time.

I purchased a second hand MCAL from a home-barista forum member , ended up selling the BDB and have another shiny new lever on order because no one can eat...err own just one.

For the past 3 years i have been using my 2018' europiccola and 2 month ago a cafelat robot and a restored Elektra Mcal have also joined the family. Also in the pic you can see my 3 manual grinders- lido e, jx pro and je plus.

Nice lever family! I see that you have an unusual sightglass setup on your Elektra. Can you show us a close-up?
