Great collection of gear Aki!

It's so cool to see a Voodoodaddy modded Pharos in Japan!

Great, simple setup! What is the single dosing electric grinder?

Oh yes I'd bet there are handful of pharos in Japan too, espresso isn't a thing to make at home in Japan.
The silver single dose grinder is LagomP64 with unimodal burrs which i received recently.
I found a whole new layer of flavor in the cup especially in V60 pour overs.
Got into espresso drinks like 8 years ago when i was a student and now have a lot more stuff over the years :)

My humble setup.

Lagom P64 Red speed SSP Unimodal since July started with Pour Overs.
Strietman CT2 arrived last weekend.

Getting into a new world of Lever Espresso purism.

Ever since I travelled to Norway, Denmark, Hong Kong, I am a big fan of Nordic Light Roast. I had been salivating on Lever machines ever since I had seen La Pavonis. I hear so much about Lever Espresso machine and finally decided to join the club.

Super excited!

A few years ago i started with a Pavoni Pro and some vintage manuel grinder while i still was a student in Heidelberg. Somehow i managed to fall into this rabbithole...

Not yet. Some parts were missing and i had to search for a while. I hope the Faemina will be working at the end of the year.
